Almenta was created by Dr. Allysa Stout to offer attentive chiropractic care focused on long-term well-being rather than quick fixes.
It’s a space built around thoughtful, individualized care — a place to slow down and create meaningful change in how your body functions, whether that begins with pain, limited movement, stress, or simply a desire to feel more at ease in daily life.
The goal is to meet you where you are, help you understand what your body is asking for, and support steady progress towards feeling more capable and at home in your body.
Care here is intentional and unhurried, with attention given not only to symptoms, but to the patterns that shape how your body moves, responds, and adapts over time.

We believe the body is self-healing and self-organizing.
Our role is not to “fix” you — it’s to support the system that already knows how to heal. That means:
We don’t chase pain — we look at patterns
We don’t wait for crisis — we build adaptability
We don’t force change — we create the environment for it
Pain may be what brings you in, but it’s rarely the whole story.

Care at Almenta starts with listening.
Your initial visits are designed to build a clear understanding of your history, how you move, and how your body is currently responding. From there, care progresses based on what your system needs.
Chiropractic adjustments are central. When appropriate, care may also include decompression therapy, movement, breathwork, and education to support lasting change.
The nervous system is considered throughout, guiding how care is paced and progressed over time.
-
Almenta is intentionally a one-provider practice.
You’ll work directly with Dr. Allysa at every visit, allowing care to be consistent, personal, and built on an ongoing understanding of your body.
This is not a high-volume or drop-in clinic. Sessions are purposeful and unhurried, with time to observe change, adjust care, and refine the approach as your body adapts.
The focus is on creating stability first — so movement, ease, and resilience can follow.

Almenta Chiropractic does not bill or accept insurance directly. This allows care to remain simple, transparent, and focused on your needs rather than insurance limitations or restrictions.
We do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill that clients may submit directly to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan.
